My father was a butcher and his name was Big Matt, but I never saw him make a pastrami from scratch. You are to be applauded, Matt, for your research and final product. I plan to try your recipe very soon and report back.
Great Blog site which fills a needed void.
Hi RJ….nice suprise hearin from you !!! :)….thanks for commenting, the pastrami recipe aint finished yet……i’ll be finishing it tomorrow…..glad ya stopped by…Matt
Matt,
I met someone last night who has a blog site. She makes money from corporations by mentioning their product on her blog site…like you mentioned Morton’s in your pastrami recipe. She said it is important to count the number of hits to your site when negotiation with them.
Just a thought. RJ
Is it done, yet?! I need a taste…this is killing me.
Hi Matt,
I’m glad to see that you started your blog. I came via SE to take a look. Lookin’ good! I likeee.
Congratulations and much success. I’ll be back.
Give it to us! We wants it, My precious!. It’s our birthday present. We wants it now. It’s mine. What’s it doing? Stupid, fat Hobbit! It ruins it, it tries to kill us. And we wept, Precious, didn’t we? We wept to be so alone and have no pastrami. Wicked, tricksey, false. We ought to wring his filthy little neck, it promised pastrami. They stole it from us. My Precious. Curse them, we hates them! It’s ours it is, and we wants it. We swears to serve the master of the Precious, we will swear on…on…the Precious. No! No, no master, they catch you, they catch you! Don’t take it to him. He wants the Precious. Always he’s looking for it, and the Precious is wanting to go back to him. But we mustn’t let him have it
